Privacy policy

This policy covers this website only. The Times Tables: Multiplication app is a separate product with its own privacy policy. Its App Store and Google Play listings describe the app's data practices, which include device identifiers used for advertising. Nothing on this page describes the app.

The short version (this website)

  • This website does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
  • There are no accounts, logins, forms, comments or chat on this site.
  • This website shows no ads and allows no personalized advertising.
  • Quiz and game answers stay in your browser and are not saved or sent.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

This website is designed for a general audience that includes children. Through this website we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13, and no feature asks for it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many times each page is viewed. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It collects no personal information, does not follow you across other websites and is not used for advertising.

We only see totals, such as page views per page and overall counts by country, browser and referring website. We never see who visited.

Game scores

The speed drill, Number Hop, Comet Courier and Munch Launch show your best score for the current visit. Comet Courier also replays your fastest race of the visit as a “ghost” rocket, and the games remember whether you turned sound on. All of this is kept only in the open page, on your device. It is not saved (no cookies, no localStorage or other browser storage) and is never sent to us or anyone else. The games make no network requests while you play.

To clear it, reload or close the page. Quiz and game answers work the same way.

Links to app stores

Store buttons take you to Apple's App Store or Google Play, which have their own privacy policies. If you install the app, the app's own privacy policy applies, not this one. Links include a campaign label (such as “web-home-card”) that tells us which page the visit came from, not who you are.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
